WSOP.com Full of Qualifiers and Satellites for 2016 WSOP

The 2016 World Series of Poker is just days away from beginning and players who visit the WSOP site will be able to find a massive amount of qualifiers and satellites for various events on the land based schedule as well as online events. For years, the WSOP has been the most popular tournament series to take place in the United States and over the past few years has gained in popularity as online gaming options have been added to the schedule.

To get started, players can take part in the Poker Sit & Go Qualifiers of the WSOP. Freeroll into the Step Sit & Go qualifiers with daily freerolls taking place offering Step tickets. These freerolls can be found in the MTT lobby. Players who earn a Step ticket can then continue to compete in the hopes of earning a $1,000 tournament entry for the 2016 WSOP.

Qualifiers are also available for the Colossus II, a super huge event on the WSOP schedule. This event has a buy-in of $565 and will offer up $7 million guaranteed prize money. First place is guaranteed a $1 million pay day, with the event hosting six starting flights taking place over three days. Online satellites are now running at WSOP.com with buy-ins of $20. Weekly qualifiers will help players earn a seat to this massive event.

Players located in Nevada will also be able to compete in an online event, featuring a gold bracelet for the winner. This event is #66 on the schedule and will be a re-entry no limit hold’em tournament. The buy-in is $1,000 with players competing until the final table of six. The remaining six players will meet up at the Rio in the Amazon Room to play out the final round of the event. Players have to be located within the borders of Nevada to be able to take part in this event.

Players who want to take part in the many satellites and qualifiers of the WSOP for the live events, need only to visit the WSOP website. Click on the online tournament options and you will find a host of tournaments providing seats to major World Series of Poker events. This week, each day features a qualifier to the Colossus II in Turbo format with re-buys and add-ons. Players can buy-in for just $10 to have a shot at winning a seat to the big event.

This Sunday, several qualifiers are taking place including one for the Main Event. Spend $200 to take part in the qualifier for the WSOP Main Event, in the hopes of earning a $10,000 seat. Imagine yourself playing alongside the best of the best after earning an entry via the Main Event qualifier!
