New Offerings Launch at PokerStars

PokerStars is constantly changing the online poker gaming landscape, by adding new promotions, incentives, tournament series and more. The online poker room continues to be a top choice for gamers around the world as they offer only the best poker gaming solutions. Players are free to voice their opinions and the brand genuinely listens, making changes when needed.

The online poker brand recently decided to become a more recreational site for gamers, opting out of offering higher reward values for high stakes players. Because of this, the brand is consistently offering new gaming options from tournaments to promotions. The latest new features to launch at PokerStars includes the Mountain Series and CardHunt.

CardHunt is a unique feature that PokerStars provides to players who want an easy way to earn rewards. Available from now until the 15th of April, players will be given a puzzle that has 18 to 20 pieces. The puzzle pops up in a Challenges window and each piece will be the representation of a playing card from a standard deck.

Once the puzzle is opend in the Challenges window, the player will have to hunt down cards during Hold’em or Zoom cash gaming. The puzzle is provided in the $0.05/$0.10 stakes or higher, with heads-up games excluded. As a hand is won by a player with hole cards, either or both cards in the puzzle, the puzzle pieces to those cards will be collected. When the entire puzzle is collected during cash game play, the player will win a cash prize.

Cash prizes will range in price from $1 to $5,000, with all prizes earned at random. 90% of prizes paid will be $1 to $2.50 but there will be bigger prizes offered including $50, $500 and $5,000. If you are already going to play the cash tables that are included in the contest, you might as well take advantage of earning extra cash in the process.

The second new option offered at PokerStars is titled the Mountain Series. This new tournament festival will be a short one, running from the 7th to the 10th of April. The series will have ten tournament events taking place, with each event named after a mountain. With each tournament, the buy-in will increase, with the cheapest being the Sugarloaf, which will have an $11 buy-in. The prize pool will be a whopping $100,000, with the tournament beginning the series.

The tournament series will continue with several events, ending with the Mount Everest Main Event. This tournament will have a large buy-in of $2,100 and offer $1.5 million in guaranteed prize money. Overall, the tournament series will offer $4 million in guaranteed prize money. The tournament will offer a massive amount of cash but not include leader boards or rebuys, etc.

Players can easily register for the tournament events and take part, hopefully having the opportunity to finish within the final rounds and earning a nice cash prize. Taking in part in both new options at PokerStars gives players excellent opportunities to earn extra cash by enjoying quality online poker gaming.
