In the United States, it is hard to come by an online poker tournament. The only states that offer regulated online poker gaming are Delaware, Nevada and New Jersey. Coming to the forefront of online poker in the United States is the state of New Jersey. Top sites such as Borgata and Party Poker are offering quality tournament gaming for players to be able to not only enjoy online poker but take part in events that offer massive prize pools and have large amounts of players taking part.
Coming up in October, BorgataPoker.com will be hosting an online poker tournament titled the Garden State Super Series. The series will run from the 11th of October until the 25th and feature 43 main events with online tournaments taking place daily. This is the third time the series has taken place and tournament organizers have made sure to include enhancements that are player friendly. This includes improvements to payout tables as well as the structure of the tournament.
For the main events, players can buy-in for prices as low as $20 and as high as $1,060. Qualifiers for these events begin at just $2, making it easy for you to take part in the qualifiers and hopefully earn a seat to the major tournaments. The series will kick off on the 11th at 4:00 pm server time with Event #1, the $5,000 GTD NLH Slow Grind. This event will have re-entries and will have a buy-in of $50 plus $5 in fees.
The first event will be followed by three additional events almost on the hour on Sunday. The tournament series will then continue each day, with at least two events or more on the schedule daily. Players will find more affordable events as well as higher buy-in tournaments. There will be several formats included in the series such as Bounty, Turbo, PLO8, 6Max and so much more.
