BetOnline Poker Turbo Tournament series for Indy 500 week

The Memorial Day long weekend and Indy 500 week just got a little better thanks to a new Turbo Tournament Poker Series announced by BetOnline Poker.

To celebrate the Indianapolis 500 running on Sunday this weekend, BetOnline Poker is holding the Poker 500 Turbo Tournament Series. The three-day series begins Saturday with 15 turbo tournaments on the schedule.

How do BetOnline Turbo 500 tournaments work?

The series begins Saturday at 3 p.m. ET and a new tournament begins every two hours until 11 p.m. First up is a $2.20 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $500 guaranteed prize pool.

That buy-in can fit into almost any bankroll, but if you’re looking for more money it’s also available. The schedule also includes much more than simple Texas Hold’em.

Also on the Saturday schedule is a $5.50 6+ Poker tournament with a $750 guarantee, a $16.50 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $1,000 guarantee, a $11.50 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $1,500 guarantee and a $5.50 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament with a $500 guarantee.

On Sunday there are five more tournaments on tap starting with a $3.30 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament with a $500 guarantee at 3 p.m. Again, tournaments begin every two hours until 11 p.m.

The rest of the Sunday tournaments include an $11 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $5,000 guarantee, an $11 6+ Poker tournament with a $1,500 guarantee. Those are followed by a $5.50 No-Limit Hold’em Knockout tournament with a $500 guarantee, and a $2.20 No-Limit Hold’em Rebuy/Add-on tournament with a $1,000 guarantee.

Monday on Memorial Day, the first tournament begins at 12 p.m. It’s a $22 No-Limit Hold’em Knockout tournament with a $1,500 guarantee. There is a $5.50 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament with a $1,000 guarantee follows at 2 p.m., a $11 No-Limit Hold’em Rebuy/Add-on tournament with a $2,000 guarantee at 5 p.m. And finally a $5.50 6+ Poker tournament with a $1,000 guarantee at 7 p.m.

In between is the Poker 500 Turbo Main Event at 4 p.m. This No-Limit Hold’em tournament has a $22 buy-in and a $5,000 guarantee. If you want into the main event but don’t have $22 to spare you can try and earn your way in for only $0.22.

There is a $0.22 hyper-turbo mega-satellite at 12 p.m. with at least 50 guaranteed seats to the main event available.
