BetOnline Poker introduces new Triple Threat Tournaments

BetOnline Poker has introduced a new way to play that gives you three ways to win cash in their new Triple Threat Tournaments.

In Triple Threat Tournaments players can win cash through standard tournament payouts, players bounties, and by triggering massive jackpots through knockouts. Here’s how each works.

Cash Prize Pool: If you’ve played a poker tournament before you already know how this works. All players that are standing after the money bubble receive a share of the tournament prize pool. The larger the field the larger the prize pool, and the longer you survive in the tournament the larger your portion of the prize pool.

Bounties: In every Triple Threat Tournament all players have a bounty on their heads. Every time you knockout a player you receive a part of their bounty. The more players you KO the higher your bounty cash will be.

Jackpot Knockouts: This is where the real big money becomes available. In Triple Threat Tournaments if you knockout the right players you’ll trigger a Mystery Bounty Jackpot giving you a shot at big cash prizes.

Triple Threat Tournaments come with three different buy-in levels, so no matter your poker budget there’s one for you.

The cheapest version is only $3.30 to enter. From your buy-in, $1 goes to the prize pool, $1 goes to your bounty, $1 goes to the Mystery Bounty Jackpot, and the remaining $0.30 is the tournament fee.

The middle of the road tournament has a $16.50 buy-on. Here $5 goes to the prize pool, $5 goes to the bounty, and $5 goes to the Mystery Bounty Jackpot. The remaining $1.50 is the tournament fee.

The richest version costs $33 to enter. Here $10 goes to the prize pool, $10 goes to the bounty, and $10 goes to the Mystery Bounty Jackpot. The remaining $3 is the tournament fee. Under the $33 buy-in format the Mystery Bounty Jackpot can reach as high as $30,000!
