Team Ivey Expands Yet Again

Ivey Poker is a new website created by Phil Ivey which allows poker players to compete as well as learn the game of poker. The option was created by Ivey to team poker ‘the right way’ and offers both products and services for players to use for an entertainment as well as educational purpose. IveyPoker has signed several top competitors to their site to provide educational opportunities as well as fun times. Such pros as Jennifer Harman and Patrik Antonius have signed with Team Ivey and more continue to become sponsored by the site.

Team Ivey has now announced they have signed three new pros to their team. Rupert Elder of Britain, Cherish Andrews of the US and Giuseppe Pantaleo have all signed with IveyPoker for Team Ivey. Elder is a top British pro who has earned over $1 million online and another almost $2 million in live poker play.  Rupert was very excited to have joined Ivey Poker and stated that he cannot wait to hit the tables.

Cherish is a very young player who hails from the state of Pennsylvania. Cherish has played both live and online poker and has earned over $750,000 in live game play and earned a fourth place finish in the 2012 WSOP $1,500 NLHE event. Cherish was also excited to join Team Ivey and stated she is very proud to be joining a ‘strong group of poker minds’.

The last new member of Team Ivey is Giuseppe Pantaleo of Germany. The pro has earned over $3.7 million in live and online play with the majority coming from live game play. Pantaleo is also happy to be joining the team and stated: “I’m proud to announce that I am one of the newest members of Team Ivey. Hopefully I will have lot of success playing under the flag of this elite team.”
